Shipping With Sereyl

At Sereyl, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders of $30 or more (after discounts, before tax).

For orders under $30, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your delivery address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Shipping times depend on your location. Estimated delivery windows are listed at checkout and/or in your order confirmation.

Please note that during peak times and holidays, carriers may experience delays in transit time and tracking updates outside of our control. International orders may also face unexpected customs delays, which can increase delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team may email you to confirm your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email us at Contact@sereyl.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes after that window.


Delayed Delivery

We understand that receiving your order quickly matters. While we work hard to ship as fast as possible, delays can happen due to factors outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs holds, or tracking update delays.

In some cases, delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If we run into anything that could delay your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Sereyl is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist where we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is managed by the courier network. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us at Contact@sereyl.com and we’ll help guide you through next steps.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We can follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when available.

Please note that Sereyl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit and these situations may fall outside our refund policy. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation and the outcome of the carrier investigation. If the courier is unable to locate the package, you may also be advised to file a police report.

Sereyl reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most recent version before purchasing.
